Steve and I have a leave pass, so Marg will be leader of the pack this week, and she has lined up a great walk.
This is a loop walk of around 8.4km that starts and
finishes at Epping Station where there is a good café nearby for coffee afterwards.
A great way to explore the Lane Cove Valley from Epping
Station, this walk loops around North Epping, returning to the station. There
are many sights to be seen along this walk, with Whale Rock and Brown's
Waterhole being a couple of highlights. The walk explores Devlins Creek, upper
Lane Cove River and Terry's Creek.
Meet on the corner of Langston Place, Pembroke St and
Oxford St, Epping. We will have coffee at Nero's in Oxford Street after the
walk.
